Radnoti 1660 シリーズ Hi-Tech ティッシュオーガンバス は、実験設計と性能を高める革新的な機能を備えた、最先端のオーガンバスです。
これらはRadnotiオーガンバスシステムに標準で組み込まれており、シングルリングクランプおよびユニバーサルスタンドクランプを使用してRadnotiラボスタンドに取り付けられます。
主な特長は以下の通りです：
● 内蔵予熱コイル
ウォータージャケット部に内蔵された予熱コイルにより、溶液の予備加温、最適な温度制御、安定した温度維持を実現します。
● 着脱式ウォータージャケット接続
外側のウォータージャケットにはRadnoti Quick Disconnect フィッティングを採用しており、漏れにくい水循環接続を確保しつつ、着脱を容易にします。
● ルアー式ドレインポート（排出ポート）
底部には1-Wayタップを取り付け可能なルアードレインポートを備え、素早い洗浄が可能です。
これにより溶液の完全な排出ができ、効果的な組織洗浄や、内因性放出物質の完全な回収が可能になります。
● ルアー式オーバーフローポート
ポンプやリザーバーを使用して溶液を連続的に供給する実験において、オーバーフローを防止します。
また、分析用の溶液サンプリングも可能です。
● 酸素供給チューブ（テフロン製ニードルバルブ付き）
酸素供給チューブは取り外し可能で、容易に清掃や交換が行えます。
チューブ先端には焼結ガラスディスクが密封されており、優れたガス供給を実現します。
ニードルバルブにより微細な調整が可能で、正確かつ制御されたガス分散が行えます。
● 対応サポート
Radnotiガラス組織フックまたはRadnoti組織リングサポートと組み合わせて使用できます。
さらに、一部のRadnoti 1660シリーズ・ハイテク組織オルガンバスは、排出ポートをルアーロック式に設計しており、接続の安全性をさらに高めています。
両モデルとも、5～200 mLの7種類のバス容量が用意されており、研究対象に最適なサイズを選択することができます。
※ 実際の容量は、サポートやアクセサリー、サンプルの占有分を考慮し、表示容量よりもやや大きく設計されています。
また、バス単体で注文する場合は、Radnoti Quick Disconnectチューブやフィッティングなどの付属品が別売りとなります。
