概観
Radnoti の摘出心臓灌流心臓システムはマウス、モルモット、ラット、ウサギ、ネコ、さらにブタなどの大型心臓を対象とした ワーキングハート法 および 一定流量または一定圧 Langendorff 法（循環式／非循環式） に最適なシステムです。
リザーバー、心臓チャンバー、バブルトラップ、およびそれらを接続するチューブはすべてウォータージャケット構造となっており、サーモ／バス循環ポンプによって水温と水流を制御することで、一定温度を維持します。本装置には酸素化用バブラーを備えた 2 L または 5 L のリザーバーが含まれます。ペリスタポンプにより灌流液は膜型酸素化器を通ってハイテクハートチャンバーへ送られます。灌流系から気泡を確実に除去するため、複数のコンプライアンスチャンバー／バブルトラップが組み込まれています。
ハイテク・ハートチャンバーにはシステム温度を維持するためのねじ込み式キャップが装備されており、ステンレス製の大動脈カニューレおよび心房カニューレ、ペーシング電極、その他の測定機器を接続するためのアクセスポートが備えられています。また、本チャンバーには取り外し可能なプーリーが内蔵されており、適切なフォーストランスデューサーを用いることで心尖部の張力測定を行うことが可能です。

A working heart apparatus designed to mimick physiological perfusion that can maintain the cardiac function of an isolated mouse heart. The apparatus is supplied with a Radnoti Thermal Bath/Circulator and Radnoti Masterflex Peristaltic Pump (1-100 rpm, Single Head). Please specify V = 115 or 220 for 115V or 220V.
Radnoti Rat Working Heart Apparatus
A working heart apparatus designed to mimick physiological perfusion and maintaining the cardiac function of an isolated small animal heart. It is supplied with a small heart chamber suitable for a rat, guinea pig or small rabbit heart. The apparatus is supplied with a Radnoti Thermal Bath/Circulator and Radnoti Masterflex Peristaltic Pump (20-600 rpm, Dual Head).
